"Got my Sandbag delivered from the US to the UK in about a week. Great service! As for the bag itself, the handles are great for mixing up the grip! I believe that they are a safety factor too! I will actually go against the grain now, as many peiople advise against handles on a sandbag, opting to physically grip the bag instead! When I made my first sandbag, I took this approach, and after a few workouts, I gripped into the bag and my fingers werent, I dont know, stable, and I ended up pulling a finger out! Yep, I dislocated my middle finger! Even though this didnt put me off sandbag training (which I beleieve helped to actually rehab the dislocated finger!) with the handles on Josh's bag, there is zero chance of this happening! I can tell straight away that there has been a HELL OF ALOT of design gone into this bag, and I bet there were alot of test models before this masterpiece was unveiled! To sum things up, Josh's bag is the shit! I own the medium bag, and I can see years of use with it! I love the bag! Hopefully I will get the big bag soon, then the real fun can start :).
